Payments are processed via PayPal’s secure system. Eligible purchases may be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection (depending on PayPal terms and your country).

This Payment & Shipping Policy explains how payments are processed, how orders are shipped, and when refunds or replacements may be provided. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms described below.

4) Delivery support If there’s damage/defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

2) Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Method

We accept PayPal only for all purchases. We do not accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other payment methods unless explicitly stated.

2.2 PayPal Checkout

When you place an order, you complete payment via PayPal’s secure checkout. Your payment is handled by PayPal; we do not store your full payment details.

2.3 Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after successful PayPal payment. If payment is not completed, the order will not be processed.

3) Shipping

3.1 Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via postal parcel services (standard mail shipments). We currently do not offer courier delivery or local pickup unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Processing Time

Orders may require preparation/production time before dispatch (especially for printed goods). Processing time depends on product type, quantity, workload, and seasonal demand.

3.3 Delivery Time (Estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the postal service and destination. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, customs (international orders), or local postal disruptions.

3.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown during checkout before payment is completed. Costs may vary by destination and parcel size/weight.

3.5 Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the postal service and destination. If tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch.

3.6 Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or because it was not collected in time, we may offer re-shipping at the customer’s expense.

3.7 Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These fees are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise. Customs processing may extend delivery times.

3.8 Damaged Parcels on Arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the outer packaging (including the label), inner packaging, and the product, and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

4) Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Defects Only)

4.1 Defect-Only Policy

Because our products are printed and prepared for each order, returns are accepted only in cases of defects, specifically:

  • Shipping damage (damage caused in transit), or
  • Print/manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, wrong crop, torn/creased print, major surface defects).

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong item/size, minor color differences between screens and print, or damage caused after delivery by improper handling or installation.

4.2 Reporting a Problem (Timeframe)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the parcel is damaged or the product has a clear defect. Late reports may limit our ability to verify and resolve the issue.

4.3 What We Need From You

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the defect/damage
  • Photos of the outer package (including label)
  • Photos of inner packaging and the product
  • Short description of the issue

4.4 Resolution Options

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following (depending on the case):

  • Replacement / Reprint (we reprint and reship the item),
  • Refund (full or partial), or
  • Reshipment (if the product was damaged in delivery).

4.5 Return Shipping (If Required)

In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first and receiving instructions.

5) Cancellations

If production has not started and the order has not been dispatched, cancellation may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
